Use in place of onions, salt and other seasonings called for in Swedish meatball recipes. Ingredients include salt, onion, Worcestershire, dill weed, allspice, paprika, ginger, pepper, cardamom, nutmeg and parsley. Add 1 tablespoon per pound of meat. Add 1-2 teaspoons to sauce, too. No preservatives. No MSG.
